Discover Paleochora's Beauty
Paleochora is a coastal town located on the southwest coast of Crete. Paleochora has been built on a peninsula between two bays. Washed by the Libyan Sea and thus has been called the “Libyan Bride” or the “Land of the Sun”.
Both bays have long coastal roads that can lead you to all kinds of beaches with rocks, pebbles or sand and of course crystal clear blue water.
Paleochora is the best option for visitors who want to visit Sougia, Agia Roumeli, Loutro, Sfakia, Gavdos and Elafonisi among other iconic locations via bus or boat with everyday trips.
Moreover there are several hiking trails in the European path E4 & E1 and out all of them end up in one of our beautiful beaches.
